If you are unhappy, I'm really sorry to hear that, genuinely. Please get in touch so we can sort this out ASAP. I'm a reasonable person and want to help you, so please be reasonable in return and we will rectify the situation. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons I will not accept earrings back as is standard in every jewellery shop.
